Qikify has been very easy to use. I was able to get my first pop up set up within 15 minutes. Super easy to use and effective. Rita, with the support staff was also very helpful and answered my questions effectively and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Downloaded the app and although the chat support Rosa took some time to get back to me, I'm glad that the app is finally working well on my store after getting some assistance from Rosa and their tech team. It would be great if they could take a shorter time to provide answers and instantly provide 1:1 installation support for customers though (as some of us are using a third-party template downloaded from Envato).

The app is really good and the support is truly amazing. I had an error in my closing tag that was preventing the functionality of the app, and the support literally fixed it for me without me having to mess around in the theme.liquid.
