Description

Create and track purchase orders for your suppliers. Stay stocked and never miss a sale.

PO Hero helps you manage the full purchase order lifecycle without leaving Shopify. Create POs from scratch, from supplier catalogs, from unfulfilled orders, or from sales velocity forecasts. Track order status from draft to received, then sync incoming stock directly to your Shopify inventory. Manage suppliers, link products with cost pricing, and use your dashboard to spot low stock and incoming deliveries at a glance. Built for merchants who want organized restocking without spreadsheets.

Create purchase orders four ways: blank, from supplier, from orders, or forecast
Receive stock against POs and auto-sync inventory quantities to Shopify
Sales velocity forecasting with three restock methods to prevent stockouts
Supplier management + product linking, cost price tracking, moq, min/max levels
