I am just now learning to use the app. Discount offers are fairly easy, but during a previous offer, not associated with the service I just received, I found it difficult/challenging to add a free product to my offer. The verification assistance i received today was great!

At 1st I wasn't sure how to create offer. Asked for widget verification and he was a tremendous amount of help. I went back and created The offer then again submitted it and it passed, woo hoo! Next time it won't take me as long now that I am comfortable using the app.
