Good app, and was easy to set up. The only thing I dislike is that the quantity break discount can only be used once in a cart. So if a customer wanted to buy 2-3packs of an item they would only receive the quantity break discount on one of the 3packs. But the support team did inform me that they are working on adding this feature.

I have just installed this app, so far I really enjoy the variety of customization it offers. Plus the customer support seems impeccable. I also think their approach on the free plan is very win-win. Once you made 300$ it's totally fine to pay their monthly fee, I prefer this to apps where you have to pay upfront without knowing whether you'll even get anything out of it. I might give another review after a while of using Pumper.

I've never seen such a friendly, professional, and helpful customer service before. I was assisted within minutes. The app does exactly what it's supposed to do – the discount is automatically applied at checkout, and there are endless customization options (percentage discounts, fixed discounts, discounts for specific products/categories, etc.).

I’m using the free version of the app to see if it works well. Creating a bundle was quite simple, but I couldn’t get it to appear on my website. Fortunately, customer service was immediately available via chat. I think this is my second 5 star review and it is more than deserved. I use quantity breaks on my products and they just work. Easy to set up, all the customisations you need, and they just work. I set up a new one a couple of days ago and it didn't work, there was an issue being caused by a separate discount i had. I couldn't figure it out and it took a couple of days but pumpers customer service were super attentive, I always knew what was going on. And in the end they fixed the issue in about a day and a half. Everythings back to normal now and i can relax and let the store work. Thanks Pumper. Hinestly, if you need volume discounts for any products, this is the app to use
