It's useful, but for many of our customers, when they want to view their proofs on mobile, it only shows them the very first proofs and they are unable to view the most recent ones. It would be much better if it started by showing them the most recent proofs by default, or put the proofs into a more apparent list for the customer who uses mobile. This is a common problem we run into about once or twice a week. We often end up having to email proofs to the customers instead. If this bug could get fixed, it would be perfect.

Out of all the apps I’ve tried and installed on my store, this one is by far the best! Nick from support is absolutely amazing—he even customized my proof page for me. Absolutely fantastic. Easy tab for customers to request a proof. Easy interface to track customer acceptance or changes. The developer, Nick, is SUPER responsive and got us set up really fast. The only issue I have is that this app has set the bar so high that now all my other apps pale in comparison.
