This app is great! I did run into some issues when generating my first ad. The AI magic kept misspelling words. I contacted customer support and WOW they were the best I have ever had using Shopify apps. I dealt with both Ricky and Julie. They revised my creative to be exactly what I wanted. Not only did they fix the misspelled words, but they adjusted positioning and font colors for me. They worked hard to get it just right. I felt like I had a team behind me helping me make my ads perfect. I would absolutely recommend the app. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I ran into a slight issue with ad generation, I reached out to Promer support and quickly received a response from Julie, who in turn forwarded the issue to Ricky. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their quick responses and how they focus on immediately resolving issues that come about. I highly recommend this app.

I had a demo on Creative with Ricky on to create ads with products, he demonstrates the ads creation, and then I created an ad with products from my store. It was easy to create ads with Ricky assistance. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful. I will use Creative studio to create more ads for my products, the creation is friendly use. Germaine

I really am enjoying this app I signed up for the free trial than loved it so much that I signed up for the membership the same day. This app has saved me alot of time as well as produced excellent quality & professional ads. Don't forget to sign up for the onboarding, the team (Ricky) can provide excellent insight. This app earns a 5/5 rating from me despite one current limitation. The customer service is outstanding—they are incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving issues. The app is also highly intuitive and effective, producing excellent results with minimal effort. While I was hoping to use it for 19:6 Shopify banners, which isn't available yet, the company immediately offered a refund and promised to notify me when the feature launches. Their excellent service and the app's overall performance make it a great choice.
