At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer! Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

Avoid this app. I had some results but they were disappointing and didn't break even with the costs. Setting up the app is a huge pain and the user interface is bad. Metrics are pathetic and there is no support. Uninstalling and looking elsewhere.

Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.

BOLD Upsell has been a really useful tool for what we were looking to achieve. The pop-ups are super easy to set up, and the SMART offers feature has been a great addition as well. While we haven’t seen a huge uptake just yet, I’m confident it will improve as we continue to use it. The Support team has been fantastic - quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Navdeep in particular has been great, always checking back in to make sure everything’s running smoothly.

I found this app to be far too expensive for what I needed. After installing it, I barely used it for about two weeks, yet my next bill (due September 9) was already showing $71 owed as of August 21. It was difficult to know what the final amount would be by the billing date. On the positive side, the app is very feature-rich and clearly capable of handling a wide range of upselling functions. However, the setup process requires a significant investment of time and effort—several days, in my estimation—which I was not willing to commit. Overall, this is a good app if your goal is to build out extensive upselling infrastructure, but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I would have rated it one star, but that wouldn’t be fair since I should have paid closer attention before committing.

A great app for increasing AOV, with a fantastic support team. I had an integration issue with the theme that was preventing the app from working correctly. They were incredibly professional and persistent until the issue was fully resolved. Not only is the app now functioning perfectly, but it also looks great thanks to the help with some final design tweaks. Highly recommend!

A big scam while they promise you for a free plan yet they made the home page to confuse you and get you to approve a subscription. becareful all
