This app should be removed from this market! Please refund! I downloaded the Product Tags SEO Generator Ai app and decided to upgrade to the premium version, hoping for enhanced functionality beyond the limited features of the free version. Unfortunately, the premium version did not live up to its description, and despite being charged, it remains non-functional. The lack of a trial version for the premium upgrade made the situation more frustrating, as I couldn't test it before committing. The app's ineffectiveness persisted even after upgrading. Additionally, the absence of chat support and the app developer's unresponsiveness left me unable to address the issues. I've reached out to the app developer multiple times, expressing my concerns, and even sought assistance from Shopify to contact them twice. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence, and the app still does not operate as expected. Despite uninstalling the app three days ago, I have not received any updates. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the app's failure to meet its promised functionality. I am urgently seeking a resolution and a refund for my purchase. This experience has been highly disappointing and has negatively impacted my confidence in both the app and the support system.

Had high hopes for this app but unfortunately didn't pan out. Was extremely glitchy and wouldn't perform the tasks that I needed it to. I also tried reaching out to the support team, twice, on two different occasions and no one ever got back to me. Disappointed because I really need something to assist me with tagging my items, especially because I have thousands of items to tag. Bummer...

Doesn't work. Had to uninstall. It just keeps saying "generating, please wait a moment and refresh". Came back 1hr later, refreshed and nothing changed.

This product is truly awesome, having to tag all your products is a time consuming task, it saved me a ton of time tagging my products!
