I initially had some issues when code changes caused parts of my quiz setup to stop working, which was frustrating after spending so long building it. However, the founders personally jumped on a call to help and resolved everything. Really impressed with how seriously they took the issue and how quickly they worked to fix it. The app is now running smoothly again and the support team went above and beyond to make things right.

This is the best app I have on my Shopify site! By putting the quiz on all pages, customers can easily find what product, or better yet products, they need. We sell speciality pet shampoos and other natural pet products, so the quiz narrows down their needs quickly and easily. This has helped with SEO and sales. As far as installing it, it's pretty straight forward and when I ran into a glitch, I got a phone call straight away and their team fixed it for me. I give this product and their customer service an A+

out of all the quiz apps this is by far the absolute best one. the support is absolutely AMAZING (Erik Esparza is a STAR). if you are looking for more quiz apps look no further bcs this is the best. I tried 6 other ones and none come close to revenue hunt

Good app, flexible enough to support different business needs. Cart drawer integration should be in the roadmap for a better user experience. Great customer support, always available, with a deep knowledge of the product and of the integration with Shopify. Well done and thanks for the support!

OMG! Erik Esparza was simply awesome! He walked me through the steps that I needed to get my first quiz up and running. He even made several tutorial videos for me on the spot! I know that my quiz wouldn't be ready to share if he wasn't sticking right by my side through the technical issues. I love this app. I know that I will become a pro at it soon, because it is user-friendly and has beautiful templates, and I love the fact that you can customize your quiz. I highly recommend that anyone use this app for their business. It is a winner!

But what I really appreciate is the team, they are amazing, There is no app that really takes their time, and devotes their attention to clients like they do. Spent days and days to build a fairly complicated quiz flow. Worked great, for a day. Woke up one morning to find that RH had changed code on their end that had stopped metafields from working properly, which had completely broken the results page. Raised on 24/8. Zero updates. Chased on 10/9: “We've been working hard to release multiple updates on our code this week that deal with various fixes” Still no answer on an ETA for a fix. Don't waste your time investing endless hours on this, because the support is no good when there is an actual issue that's their end to fix.

i never leave reviews- for honestly anything, but the customer service RevenueHunt has is incredibly helpful. not only do they kindly respond within the hour, but they're very swift in making sure you get the help you need without confusion! they also went out of their way and directly edited the things i needed help with exactly how i asked- saving me a lot of time. would defo recommend!
