Dopamine Hits

Jun 04, 2025  on Shopify

Every few months they want you to RE-AUTHORIZE your store with PrintDoors... No instructions provided. I muddled through it and somehow figured it out months ago... but I cannot recall what I did back then and I'm now facing this again. Nothing will sync with my store until I get this done. Shopify help was helpful in telling me what to do... but the info it was depending on was that PrintDoors had submitted this action in their original installation (they did not). Do I completely uninstall and re-install? In Shopify, if you click on the app it just fully opens the POD and you can't do anything from there. Their Notifications page just tells you to re-authorize... The one item I ordered from them: a thin material t-shirt. The print was puckered badly (DTF printing on a too thin polyester material). When I wrote asking for a refund, they accused me of printing onto the tee after I had received it! Their people said it MUST have been stamped twice to produce such a bad result. Um... and who would have done that? I don't have the machinery to do the printing. I'm still trying to get my refund. Sometimes the result just isn't worth the effort required.
