I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the app Pricing by Country, listed on the Shopify App Store. I have been a paying customer of this app for several years, currently on a legacy subscription plan of USD 29/month. The app has always provided support whenever needed, and I also pay annually for continued access. Now, In order to assist me with integrating the app into my new theme, I must pay an additional INR 10,000 — a support fee that was never part of the original subscription. They also stated that if I uninstall and reinstall the app, I will lose my legacy plan and be forced to move to their new pricing of USD 99/month. Effectively, this penalizes me for being an early adopter and paying consistently over the years, while offering no clear or fair justification for these sudden extra costs. This feels discriminatory and not in line with how apps on Shopify are expected to work. Merchants subscribe to paid apps with the understanding that support is included as part of the service. Introducing arbitrary, unexpected charges — especially targeting legacy users — goes against both trust and fair business practices. As Shopify is the parent platform listing this app, I request that you investigate this matter and ensure that app developers cannot impose unfair charges on long-term, paying customers. Even, they are asking extra charges for app support which is their responsiblity when we are using their app. Fraud app.

This app charges a ridiculous $100 per month, but it doesn't work with my Shopify store theme. The UI is outdated, and the grammar used in the app's messaging is incorrect and confusing. You're better off just getting the Shopify Advanced plan if you want to set different local prices in the markets you're selling in.

We tried few other apps before finally closing on webrex app. The feature that we were looking for (increasing the price of all products by certain percentage for countries outside our base country) was not available in the other apps and this was the only app which was also compatible with the theme we were using. The support team is very responsive and the response is very prompt. They are willing to get on a call and understand the issue and resolve it as best as they can. Would definitely recommend the app.

Here me out. I usually never do reviews, but this app is something that I truly recommend! I personally always choose apps based on the most downloads. This was my second option since there were other apps that had more reviews and ratings. Once I tried this out, I realized how underrated this is! First of all, their UI is easy to navigate. It was simple to use and I was able to get it up and running in such a short time. When I encountered an unsolvable problem on my end, I felt super hopeless as I thought I would need to find a new app to use. Luckily, Arpan from their customer support was active and was able to help me out, even after his working hours! He was really responsive and fixed all my problems. He is the reason why I wanted to write a review, to show my gratefulness. I don't like contacting customer support since most of the time they respond slow and they don't even solve the problems, but in this case it is entirely different. This is actually the only time I was truly grateful for the customer support. Thank you for your services!

Using this app for about 1,5 years and all i can say its just great app and best support, I recommend it 100% :)
