Priyanka and the team has been really helpful and has had open and responsive communication to help with the set up and any issues we've had. The platform was updated recently and this changed the theme, which we weren't aware of, but when we noticed and voiced the issue with Priyanka, the team was super efficient in updating our store to ensure it kept to our branding/offering, which was really appreciated.

Customers can set single or both eye RX and even buy separate lens quantities for each eye, which is super useful. The prescription flow is easy to customize with multiple steps, lens inputs, and add-ons. I had a question about theme compatibility and the rule section, and Priyanka from the support team helped me really well — much appreciated! Overall, a great app that makes selling lenses online much easier.
