What brought this up to a 5-star review is the customer support. Live Chat—with a real human on the other side—helped me figure out what configuration step I had missed when I couldn't get the app to work. I had a literal 30 second wait to connect with Oliva, and then she figured out the problem and pointed out the solution about 90 seconds later. Speedy, speedy! The customization options are laid out very simply and intuitive. The entire plugin had near zero learning curve (and I've never set up any pre-order before), and was very simple to use. 5/5.
