The functionality to email a customer when back in stock is not yet functional. Kind of defeats the purpose of using for pre-order and back in stock...

Great App for preorder items, works well and easy to format, set up. Online support is also fantastic, really appreciate the quick reply and live chat.

the app is not getting removed after trying multiple times. I am trying to connect with the support but there's no response from them. I need to remove the tags from the products that are now replenished in our inventory.

This pre-order APP has been largely perfected over the past year and a half and has emerged as a leader of the pack. It's easy to use and has great button functions.

Unfortunately I've had to remove some stars, due to the dishonesty of the developers. They originally promised us early adopters that it would be free forever, for our initial support. Now, around a year later, the app has grown with a significant increase in users and ratings, they have completely gone back on their word and are demanding monthly payment (even after I sent them screenshots to show their original agreement). - Very disappointing, as I based my decision to use their product and invested time setting everything up, on those original terms. - It's an otherwise good app and does what I require reasonably well. But not having trust in the development team is a major concern and leaves a very bad feeling.

The app works great! The same can be said about the support — they reply fast and do help. I set up "coming soon" for an item and it was exactly what my business needed. Thank you!

Super simple and easy to use! Some pre-order apps are a but tricky to navigate and adjust their settings but this was set up within minutes.

Needed to get a PreOrder launched quickly before BFCM without me having to do any heavy lifting or spend much time configuring things. This plugin nailed it, and was easy and quick to configure. What brought this up to a 5-star review is the customer support. Live Chat—with a real human on the other side—helped me figure out what configuration step I had missed when I couldn't get the app to work. I had a literal 30 second wait to connect with Oliva, and then she figured out the problem and pointed out the solution about 90 seconds later. Speedy, speedy! The customization options are laid out very simply and intuitive. The entire plugin had near zero learning curve (and I've never set up any pre-order before), and was very simple to use. 5/5.
