Youri and Oz have been patient in teaching my team their system. We have tried numerous inventory planning apps but this is by far the best. Great interface, great on boarding and great support!

As a merchandiser, Prediko has been really good for our Shopify store. The demand forecasting and supply planning tools are accurate and easy to use, helping me keep our inventory on point and avoid stockouts. The Shopify integration was fast, and the reporting tool super handy. Big shoutout to Oz from their customer success team—always quick to respond and really helpful. We started using Prediko a while ago, and it's been great! The team provides excellent support and communication. New features are added every couple of weeks. Prediko is simple and intuitive. You can use either SKU or product name, and creating orders is easy. Searching for products in transit is a breeze, and you can experiment with plans to see different forecasting figures. I'm currently using the reports (make sure your Shopify entries are correct, or you'll need to fix them in Shopify). I’m confident they will keep improving. We have been using Prediko app for the past few months, and it has been a game-changer for our business. This app has saved us more then 3 hours daily by replacing spreadsheets with an advanced inventory management system that syncs with Shopify in real time. We've tried a heap of different inventory management apps and none have been suitable for scaling fashion inventory as it requires many different sku's with multiple sizes and colours and most systems don't have the functionality we need and they just run very slowly but Prediko have done an amazing job at overcoming both of these challenges and they are actively working on improving their app further which means that we are constantly getting access to new and improved features.

We have been using Prediko for about 4 weeks, it seems to doing what's needed so far and we're very impressed. The team and set up process has also been fantastic, they really do know what they're doing, we would thoroughly recommend!

These guys are VERY smart! Youri, Anya & Oz. They are a nice, responsive and very knowledgeable team. This app is continually improving as new functions & features are added. The finished goods forecasting and re-ordering is ready for prime time and is the BEST. They are now fleshing out the raw materials and bill of materials functionalities. This seems to be going well and I'm looking forward to see the end result. This about the fourth inventory app we've tried and is by far the best for finished goods. I think the raw materials part will also be the best soon. If you manage inventory - you need this app! I'm glad to review and support this team and hope they are very successful so that they can continue to develop this outstanding app!

Prediko has priceless app to me as my brand has hundreds of SKUs (too many I know) and managing inventory is hard. It helps me forecast how much and when I should reorder. Overall the UI is better than most out there and the team is very responsive to adding new features. I'd recommend it!

Prediko completely changed the game for us! We handcraft skin, hair, and baby care products and had been eyeballing and gut-checking raw materials and finished goods for years. Sure, Shopify has data about product sales but there was a lot of guessing, stockouts, and having to delay production because of missing raw materials. Amazing app. Gives a great visual on current and future inventory which has really helped us order more accurately. There has been a very strong correlation between us using this app and our out of stock percentage coming down - read into that what you will.... Team are super supportive to any requests too!
