This app is exactly what I needed to manage my inventory better. I love being able to see the "health" of every SKU, and filter in so many different ways to be able to see the data and act on it. We have had challenges with being overstocked on some items and too often out of stock with others, and Prediko is going to solve that. Setting it all up took some time, but was well worth the effort. We are syncing with ShipHero, and that's been a great integration. The support team answered all my questions and solved my issues with patience. Great product.

Great experience. Very user-friendly system that save lots of paper works. Easy filter function for reordering items. Very impressed on the supplier detail set up. Not perfect on the PO editing function, but it's good enough prepare the PO and sync the stock with Shopify. Amazing support via chat box and email response within hour. Quick and effectively support on the set up.

Still figuring everything out, but for a lightweight inventory management system, I think it's going to be adequate. I had a problem at 11PM. Started a chat and it was answered by AI. Expected. About 3 prompts from me and a human operator jumped on, fixed my issue in short order, and then gave me the info that I need. Wow!

Bulk app for inventory management, with an excellent support team.

I ultimately ended up not using Prediko as it has tons of great features that our small business just isn't quite ready or have a need for yet. I did install the app and use the trial period to try it out, during which the support for questions I had was excellent. They made sure to answer all of my questions in a timely matter with thorough explanations. If we grow our business enough to use more of the features Prediko offers I would be happy to pay for their app, highly recommend.
