We've been very happy with Prediko so far and would highly recommend it! Their customer support is excellent and they're always happy to help and any issues we've had are answered and resolved quickly. It's been very easy to create purchase orders, book stock in and use the app to predict what you should be ordering and the quantities it recommends you order.

After looking into many different inventory software options, Prediko is a slam dunk for our team! Not only can we forecast products easily, but raw materials as well (which is a huge for our operations). In addition to that, the Prediko team is really responsive and constantly releasing new features to improve and enhance their already great platform. We would highly recommend and then some!

Would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting a reliable and easy-to-use application for all their purchasing & inventory management needs. For us, it has saved hours and hours on manual tasks, predicting sales & planning purchasing ahead, as well as allowing us to de-centralize some purchasing to our store managers, whilst still being able to monitor it from a central perspective. And lastly, it's super easy to get in touch with, and get help from Prediko, including asking for new features (which by the way, is constantly being released!).

This is truly a must have for anyone ordering larger scale of inventory. The app tells you exactly how many units to order to meet forecasted demand (which it also helps you calculate using AI). It is a game-changer!

app looks great but you waste a whole day or week adding all your raw materials in only to then find it the app doesn't really do anything but tell you what to order. you can not even see the orders that are in you shopify site you can not see what products you can make with your current raw materials which you would think would be the most inportant thing. Help was there but couldn't help at all

Top Notch App! Brilliant experience onboarding with lightening-fast support/problem solving. Has totally changed my ordering process, and I always know what is going on and can plan in an instant for anything. It saves countless man-hours and is precise and seamless once set-up. They recently added a raw material section, as I build assembly products with BOM (Bill of materials) and it integrates perfectly, allowing me to prepare accordingly with my raw materials. I know feel I know everything I need to about all my ordering needs all the time now - and so does my staff, meaning the awareness is spread throughout, instead of waiting for one person to plan slowly. Definitely one of the best apps around, and ticks all the boxes.

Had a great kick off call with Youri the CEO. Once in the trial, I found a small product bug. Support was quick and they deployed a fix within 24 hours. Having used a lot of SaaS with poor customer service, these guys really impressed me

Right now I am giving this app 2 stars, while I am hopeful once they work all the kinks out it will be amazing, it just isnt working as seamlessly as it should, updates to inventory arent happening when I input a PO or PRO. I do however give customer service 5 stars as they always respond and help pretty fast. I've given this app about 4 months to get it together, but paying $100+ and the app isnt fully working is something I cant continue to do. I can no longer wait so I'll have to find something else.

This app is awesome! It has been a game changer for me. I used to use Odoo, and it was so hard to use. Prediko has everything I need for planning my manufacturing: Statistics, forecasting, predictions, bill of materials, suppliers, lead times, etc. You can set up different locations, group them and choose which to use. You can easily plan and create Production and Purchase Orders with the AI, and choose different status for all of them. You can set up lead times, manufacturing times, days of cover, etc. The support is algo great. Super fast and effective. Try it, you won't regret it!

In depth analysis of stock, sales and future needs. Aggregating different shops is such a help. Adding bill of materials will give great potential in the future too. Support Team is brilliant; fast and on point solutions. Ongoing developments that add great functionalities
