I have been emailing support for over a 2 weeks with no response! Can't make any adjustments, backend only has error codes! Such as 500 | Internal Server Error, and Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

This app routinely goes offline with server issues effectively making its usefulness obsolete and requiring more admin work to reset the entire inventory of items it is applied to. Support contacts are ghosts with no response provided when the servers fail.

Can someone respond to my emails about the app crashing for the 5th time and messing up all my preorders.....paying for this thing and cant even get an email back.....

This app constantly crashes! The server will go done and the pre-order function stops working! No support. This app cannot handle high order volume. It crashes constantly. I do not recommend this app. I have been using this app for over a year. Stray away!!

Finding a great solution is sometimes challenging and John made it easier with a product that shines.

Ich kann absolut nur gutes berichten. Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich und leicht zu verstehen und die Funktionen sind für meinen Gebrauch völlig ausreichend. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert (war bei mir in 3 Jahren nur 2x), hat der Support sofort geholfen und das wieder behoben. Antwort kam innerhalb von ein paar Stunden und spätestens einen Tag später lief alles wieder problemlos.

After almost 8 months of use without problems, it has suddenly stopped working (500, Internal Server Error). Creating chaos in our store as many products no longer appear in pre-order and consequently being sold massively. There is no way to contact them and they do not answer the email sent to support. Is the fault permanent? Are you going to solve it?

easy to use, fast to work, simple to set up, and, more importantly, customer services are quick and to the point. That really save your life!! and it is a free app, don't forget that. Thanks much, John. Highly recommend.

This is is so helpful. It allows me to offer to preorders to my customers. As a small business I have to monitor costs at every turn, so to be able to use this app for free is great. However, as of May 12, 2021, the app just stopped working for me.

We needed a simple solution for our webshop that could indicate both pre-order and back-order products. After trying out 2-3 other (highly rated) pre-order apps, this is surprisingly the most convenient solution by far. Super automated, simple and easy to use – and it's free! With that said, we will consider it well worth the money if they decide to charge a reasonable fee in the future.

What a great help!!! Because of left over codes from another plugin, it didn't work out 100% correct. After a mail they react very quick and spend 2 days working to make this plugin more than perfect, Exactly what we need because have pre-release of the upcoming HAEVN EP in a few days.
