It’s rare to see a CRM built for D2C, Pragma shows us the full picture for every customer, and lets our agents reply on WhatsApp with proper context. We’re way faster and friendlier now. COD orders used to kill us. Now risky orders are flagged, NDRs get follow-ups via WhatsApp, and customers can actually confirm delivery before it fails.
