In app we can create multiplewith multiple questions. Thiswill be shown at shopify store cart page by click discount button. You can also customize thby widget setting option in from app. Once you enabled the ey, customer can view sy on cart page by click on discount button. And when customer submit thevey, after submitey he will be redirect to the checkout age and will get discount according to given perctage. In admin side, we can create, edit.
