Really awful experience with support. The plugin straight up would not trigger at all after setting up, contacted support, they took like a week to respond with the most obvious basic "solution" which still did not work. Long enough to finish the trial period and start charging us!

Customer support was great - the chat was responsive and they worked with me to resolve an issue. The issue had to get escalated for some help on Shopify side of things and Carthook agent stuck with me the whole time until everything was working. I so appreciated the quick and responsive service in resolving my problem!
