This app fills a need that Shopify really doesn't cover for those of us selling coffee. That alone is great. But what I have really appreciated from them is the customer service. Much like the other reviewers have mentioned, when we ran into an issue, not only were they willing to jump in and help walk us through where we had missed a setting, but they even did a quick update to the app to fix one we couldn't do on our own. I don't think I can fully put into words how much POS Cafe has positively impacted my business! The app itself is absolutely essential to our day-to-day operations. The POS Cafe team is very attentive and constantly making improvements. This app changes shopify into a cafe pos so you can add modifiers and notes and names to orders, change the milks, add salt & pepper etc. We've been using it for about a month now and were so happy to be able to leave our previous provider. Any bugs are ironed out quickly and the developers listen and respond. Couldn't be happier. Wish there were ten stars.
