Outstanding performance from this app and incredible accuracy! Not only does this app give exactly the right results when a customer takes a quiz but customer service from the creator has been extraordinary of which I have gotten fast responses and additional feature requests added. This is a must have for your store with the AI being such a good benefit!!

This has helped to increase engagement, help customers find the right product, and increase sales! With over 475 different fragrance oils, this app has been great at helping customers find new scent options. It's easy to set up and use and we have been getting quite a few more customers using it than we thought. Customers have also given great feedback on adding this. Thanks for a great app!

I would highly recommend this app to anyone on Shopify trying to set up a product giveaway on their related Instagram account. The support alone is worth it, any turn in the road we experienced on mistake that we made on our end was quickly adjusted by their personable and fairly quick to respond team. Great way to get new followers on Instagram but also to convert those followers to email subscribers. I think about half of our new followers subscribed to email!

This app does NOT disappoint. I used it for my first Instagram giveaway and the results were impressive. Not only did it help me get more followers, but a good chunk of them turned into email subscribers. Getting two birds with one stone. Now that's nice and all... but here's the real reason why I chose to write this review: The support from Gabe, the app's co-founder was bar none. He answered every question I had and pointed to links and screenshots where needed. Thanks to his help, we pinpointed the reason I had low conversions at first. After those recs my subscriber conversions from 10% to a whopping 60%! The setup takes less than 5 minutes too, so that's just another bonus since so many apps are convoluted and make things complicated.

We tried the app and it did deliver on what it says it will do. We have ran Instagram giveaways before for our other businesses but not for our new shop, so I wasn't sure what the results would be. Surprisingly about 1 out of 3 people did give us their email for "extra entries" in the giveaway. IMO the best part about this app is the time it saves you, if you have ran giveaways before you'll know how time consuming it is to count all the entries and tabulate bonus points and all that - the app does all that for you automatically. The fact they also give you the landing page to put in your bio link that can collect the emails, tie them back to an Instagram user, AND handle the double-opt in process for you is a game changer for doing these more frequently. We did have a couple questions during setup but their support was easy to get a hold of from inside the app and they were helpful. So overall, YES I plan to keep the app and probably run at least one giveaway a month, we can grow both our Instagram following and email subs in one shot so to me that's a no-brainer. Not sure why others haven't done this before I don't think any other apps help you do this (that I've seen). If getting email subs is important to your marketing strategy my advice would be to def try this out.
