ThE slowest response in the industry. The longest production and shop times in the industry. Don’t let cheap prices fool you. If you are connected to Etsy also this place will kill your reviews for their production and shop times. Three week a for a tumbler. I don’t know why Shopify allows them on the platform.

I've been working with them for a while. Some products are of decent quality, but others are just terrible. White colors suit their clothes well because they use white-based textiles. However, they don't dye the entire fabric, so if you stretch the garment even slightly, you can see the white underneath. The towel they offer is more like a dust cloth, not a real towel. They only dye the outer layer, leaving the inside completely white. Selling clothes like this is unacceptable—if you use a dark palette, it will look awful. Horrible.

Read the fine print of their "guarantee"- their operation is bogus. My order was 'in production' for 3 weeks and I received no communication or updates. Took 3 days to get a response when I finally had to reach out to find out the status. They explained they were still waiting on one of my items to be made. I canceled before waiting for them to ship- don't waste your precious time with this dishonest company.
