The app is user friendly and straightforward to set up and use. I was up and running with a pop out in about 15 minutes. A pop convert academy accompanies the app on how to setup. The customer support is prompt and helpful. I contacted support to remove the watermark, which they promptly did without hesitation, all without any upfront costs. This is the type of vendor/supplier I generally would look to for "Tier -ing" up to higher end paid versions of the product or other paid products.
