However, there are significant issues that overshadow the positive aspects. The app often gets stuck on "Loading assets," which makes it unusable at times. Even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I tried messaging them directly through the app, but received no response—not even an automated acknowledgment that my message was received. I also opened a support ticket, but still no reply. While I love the app's simplicity, the combination of technical problems and unresponsive customer support is a major drawback. These issues need to be addressed for the app to reach its full potential.
