Do not waste your time. It does nothing. Wow, you shouldn't be allowed to legally claim this is AI.

Made a horrible version of my website, published without giving me the option and then when it was supposed to restore it— it only restored some of it, leaving me spending hours changing stuff back. Not only was it money wasted— but the time now involved to fix what it changed has been insane. They should be paying me at this point! If i could give it -100 stars i would! Don’t waste your money!

Would give 0 if i could. Completly destroyed all the work i had while telling me i could undo changes only for then not undoing them. Thanks for destroying my last couple of days. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS APP. I even bought the paid premium. And for what? The most basic ugly Website design i've evern seen. The prompt i gave it to design it had more information and quality than anything it delivered me.

Avoid this app!!! After I installed the app, it damaged my whole store and undo button didn't work! I had to build a new website! They ignore my request to restore my website and Shopify avoids any responsibility! The worst experience.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Investment We found this app to be seriously lacking in essential functionality. There’s no safe way to preview changes before applying them — which is a major flaw if you're running a live site with real traffic. There is an undo button, but that's hardly reassuring when you're working on a customer-facing website. When we raised this concern, the support team told us our site was already “quite professional,” so the AI wouldn’t have much to improve — essentially admitting the app wouldn’t be useful for us, even though we paid for the professional version. Despite that, they refused a refund. The user interface within Shopify is also very clunky. Buttons overlap, making it difficult to navigate, and there’s no option to apply changes to a duplicate theme for testing, which is basic best practice for any serious store. The SEO tools were especially poor. It just bulk-applied the keywords we gave it across all products, even though it claimed the AI would apply them “intelligently.” And while it shows you your site speed, it offers no guidance or tools to actually improve it. Overall, this app felt half-baked and overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone running a serious e-commerce site.

I was really excited about using PlusSales AI for my store, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The AI website builder seemed like it could save time, but it completely messed up the design of my site when I tried to use it. I thought it would offer more customization options, but everything looked too generic and didn’t match my brand's style. The bulk editor didn’t work as smoothly as advertised either; I had trouble optimizing product descriptions and titles, and it didn’t save my changes properly.

Messed Up my whole site. they NEED to integrate an option where the AI first shows you a preview and THEN Installs it, completely deleted my website and the undo process within the app did not work. So i had to get 3rd party help. A waste of time, and lots of stress !
