Very bad experience. After installing the FREE app they start charging you for EVERY order that comes into your e-shop but not from TIKTOK!! Watch out for this! This is not mentioned in the plan and is very confusing and misleading. I have read their plan, understood but not correctly! I paid approximately $160 USD completely unnecessarily. They just talk to support and don't want to help. I definitely do not recommend this as an award winning Shopify seller!

Legit terrible service, doesn't work worth a damn. TikTok already has a better algorithms and they are a hell of a lot more willing to help as well don't waste your money on this just that just gonna slow your comp/site speed down with all the garbage script they put on your computer just go server side if you want the best data don't over pay for this trash.

The pricing on this app is ridiculously stupid. Had this on my store for 4 days. I look back and now i have to pay $122 for nothing. Don't use this crap.

NEVER USED THIS！I first received a charge notification on September 10. At that time, I contacted customer service online. I told them I had never used the service and didn’t know why I was charged. They said they couldn’t check it themselves and would pass it on to their colleagues in the back office. They also said that if it was confirmed that I hadn’t used the service, they would refund the money. They assured me that the subscription had been canceled, and I also uninstalled PixelPro for your TikTok Pixel. I asked if I would be charged again in the future, and they said there definitely wouldn’t be any more charges. But after that, I received no further response and didn’t get the refund for the previous charge. I thought maybe something went wrong, but today I received another charge. This is ridiculous! Not only did I not get a refund, but they also said there wouldn’t be any more charges, and yet I got charged again today! I demand a full refund!
