App is great; product quality is great and policies are fantastic. BUT - no instructions anywhere as to how to unsubscribe from service (if closing store or no longer using).

I have been using Pillow Profits for a few years and i stopped selling anything from them 2 months ago. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't send what is ordered then tell you they will give a credit only and not a refund. I will be forced to file a paypal claim for thousands of dollars worth of products. My customers are mad at me and calling me a scammer because of Pillow Profits. The products I ordered as DHL and FE Ex orders are shipped china post without any refund or notice and things from March are still not here as of 7/13. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm feeling unhappy with this app. Many orders still in transit, even no tracking update after 30, 45, even 60 days. So much impact to business. Terrible.

Any time I call on support for help, they are there with the answers. The quality of product they put out is awesome and Pillow Profits is the only print-on-demand company I will use.

I love the pillow profit app. I’m just getting into drop shipping and they are taking years off my learning curve. The teaching videos alone are worth the monthly cost. Look forward to a great working relationship. God Bless and thanks for what you do.

Great products but the cost of the app should be passed on to product prices rather than a monthly fee.

I love this app. I wish they would charge $197 per month, to keep others people from using it. It is responsible for making me more money than I thought was possible. I had the pleasure of being able to meet with the owner of this app and he is an awesome guy, who listens to his users and is always improving on the products we are able to offer. This is the best app ever.
