never signed up for this and uninstalled the app and have now been charged $119usd for it. Absolute rubbish, no answer from emails either. Will be lodging a complaint with Shopify.

I wanted to try this but accidentally clicked on the yearly subscription. Despite being promised a refund - I have not yet got it for the last month! The app in interesting and worth a try, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for its non-responsive customer service!

Pencil is a great combination of analytics, copyright, and design in a single package. We've been using it to generate ads and also track that our original ads, maybe weren't that bad, but that there could be issues elsewhere in our customer journey. It's regularly updated and improved, so the team seems really committed in providing great service.
