Cash on delivery is useful until it isn't. PayShield hides it above a cart total you set, or for first-time customers, so fewer parcels come back unpaid. The same rule builder controls every payment method and shipping rate: hide, show only, rename or move to the top. Conditions include cart subtotal and total, item count, shipping country, currency, guest or returning customer, customer spend, and customer or product tags.
