Many sellers can't offer real-time carrier tracking — group orders, presales, custom-made goods, and international shipments that pass through multiple couriers and customs often leave buyers with no visibility at all until the package shows up. PackPost fills that gap without pretending to be something it's not. PackPost is a seller-updated delivery timeline. Instead of connecting to a carrier API, you manually move each order through simple, fully customizable stages

• Set up stages that match how you actually pack and ship, not a generic template.
• Move many orders to the next stage at once instead of updating them one by one.
• Customers check delivery status using just their order number and email.
