It was straightforward and didn't seem complicated, I just needed to be careful with the details. With a little patience and a good sense of timing, everything is lining up perfectly.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to bring more attention to this app. I found it by accident while searching for a better way to do refunds. Everytime we give a refund, I would have to pay processing fees. And it takes about a week for the money to reach my customer’s bank account so that they can use it again and I end up paying twice the processing for no reason! It’s ridiculous. I don’t know how they expect us to pay all this processing fees. I’m discovering that Pabloo is actually pretty neat. I can now give store credit on the spot and there is no processing fees. Problem finally solved!

It’s been an easy experience so far. Only recommendation is to allow customers to cashout their store credit.

I would of liked to have liked this app, but have spent more time with it than it is simply worth. Upgraded features do not work, support is slow to reply days or a week, can not even change subscription status. A lot of other apps out there that will work better, and have spent enough time for 2 weeks trying to make something work that simply isn't coded properly.

Currency symbol where it shows the credits on checkout is always USD $, as other had mentioned it should take into consideration the store currency setting - seems to be hard coded. Will pay to use once the above is addressed.

Easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. Really appreciate the basic functionality of the free account, which I was surprised was not already part of Shopify. We don't really need any of the advanced features but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for a paid account. Customer service was very quick to respond to an issue we were having with deposit amounts and get it straightened out.

This app is awesome. Does what a store credit app should do without customer having to apply coupons on checkout. Wish applying some css wouldn't be so expensive ... :(

This app is not just a store credit platform, it's a game-changer! I've tried several store credit apps before, but none of them lived up to Pabloo. It's effective, easy to set up, and even allows you to sell store credit. Plus, it's super user-friendly for customers. The support team is truly exceptional. After initially feeling like I requested too much with my design alterations, they surprised me by completing them within hours! Their promptness and willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable.

Amazing App. New, Basic, does the job. Simple to use and has amazing support from the developer. We needed some features and Pabloo was superfast to add those. • You can add/withdraw credits to a customer which are auto-applied at the checkout. • You can make a page for the customer to see their balance and history (Wish this page could be inside the my-account section, but Shopify doesn't allow that) • You can view the overall transaction statement and each user as well. Few requests to the developer: 1. Please add a date range filter in the activity feed. When there are too many entries, it's difficult to search. 2. Our store is in INR but store credit only shows $ symbol. It should pick from store's default currency. 3. Future features could include store credit automation on user referrals, welcome credit, on putting reviews etc. Kudos to Pabloo!
