This app has been an easy addition to our team. I was initially interested in this store credit app because I wanted to create the cashback offerings to our customers when they buy from us. I like the "set it and forget it" style where I don't have to check up on the campaign, it just kinda does it's own thing. The app offers a lot, but it's easy to navigate and educational. The customer notifications have been very insightful too!

This Shopify app saved us during an inventory crisis. When our top selling hoodie sold out, we used Pabloo to issue store credit instead of giving direct refunds. We were successful at retaining customers who otherwise would have walked away. Thanks and great work!

Decision to use Pabloo Store Credit came after our BFCM customer support requests. Unfortunately we had delays in the fulfillment of several of our bags and understandably, some customers were upset. We installed Pabloo to give those customers store credit for late delivery. This app is helpful in this regard because it allows you to presave templates for customer support. Right now, we're giving 5% with goals of bringing it down to 3%. Each customer was offered a full refund or the complimentary store credit and all chose the latter. Great product, thank you.

This app is good for my store. It lets me give customers credit if they return something. It also gives new customers a credit just for signing up. It's very easy to set up. I'm able to see all the new signups and how much store credit they earned.

The two standout features for me were the product-specific configuration and the Customer Segmentation. Instead of a store-wide blanket offer, I was able to select exactly which products to include in the cashback campaign. I'm doing this to push slow-moving inventory and reward purchases for high-margin items. The segmentation tools are powerful and easy to use. I was able to target only subscribed customers and create a tailored campaign that feels personal.

Only tried this app for a couple of days, but so far it’s good. Everything moved easily from Pabloo to Shopify, and I have very little technical experience. Had a slight issue with a setting that I created, but got a quick response from Sandra that fixed the problem right away.

The app is easy to use, it has the same Shopify admin theme to it. We just started using Pabloo. We wanted to create a cash back program to give points for shopping with us. We decided to go with Pabloo because it uses store credit that can be redeemed at checkout or sent to a friend. I'm loving the connectvity of the app where it tells you where to go after you've finished setting up a campaign. It helps me make sure everything is done.

Upon installing the Pabloo app, I reached out to the support chat and was quickly guided and built a couple cash back offers. The cash back campaign allows for product selection and spending tier. This is necessary for creating a which is helpful when we want to confirm purchase before issuing the cash back credit. I find this app useful to our operations and the support team is commendable.

Would give 0 stars if I could! It doesn't works at all! It is GLITCHY And the Customer service when you try to get them to fix it- they just tell you to UPGRADE YOUR PLAN. What?!!! Pay more money for an app that already isn't working? SO UPSETTING. -Angry Store Owner

This is how we're using the Pabloo app, mainly for cashback credit when my customers make their purchases so that they come back to shop again. Our customers are able to see their balance and all of their activities from my website and the UI is clean and easy to understand for non technical people. We have had the cashback campaign live for a while now and seeing healthy results. We didn't have to pay for anything to use the app so that's good for us.

This is an easy app to use. I was able to get setup and sent my first store credit email blast. The app allows for selecting the target customer segment or to create a new one. Very straightforward. The email notifications has been helpful for us. The app lays everything out on the Analytics page and shows how many customers are coming back from each email notification. Very easy to use and helpful in our overall business.

Please add store credit cash out. Your app is good but if my customers are not able to cash out their store credit, then what's the point. The want to use their bank. I will give you 5 star once you have this . thank You
