Great product. We've been using Shopify store credit accounts but we eventually made the upgrade to a formal app to manage all of this for us. Plus, their support is a whole lot better than Shopify's support chat.

Selling shirts online is a lot harder than anyone thinks, espeically with shipping and refunds. Using store credit for refunds has been the single biggest change we've recently done. Each store credit refund gets 5-10% more and my customers are eating it up! Very thankful for this app.

This is the third time I have switched store credit apps from Shopify. I find it convenient, easy and appreciate being able to schedule cashback campaigns with custom tiers. Service was fairly quick and customer service was excellent.

A lot of the times a refund is very expensive for me and inconvientient for my customer. I always was okay giving them a refund but I hated going through such a lengthy process. I felt embarrassed when my customers asked "where is my refund". thank you.

I personally think every shopify website should offer cashback becauase it builds a better relationship with my customers. The Pabloo app is great and offers everything we want for tiered cashback.

It's my first time using Shopify and this app has been tremendous. So far, I've set up the cashback and memberships. With this app, we've gotten a spike in follow-up purchases, which was the main reason for using store credit.

I tried too many app about the store credit widgets but I just get everything I want about store credit widgets from this app. And I must say customer service is always helpful and amazing. They are helping about anything you need.

We installed it on both of our shops and love it. At first, I had an issue when installing and they responded right away and we were up and operating. Great service and product!

I’ve learned a lot from this app. You set it up how you like it with available settings, notifications etc. you control buying and selling. Any questions was answered pretty quickly.

The app allows you to easily transfer store credit and start issuing your own cashback; literally at your fingertips. Current analytics and related headlines are informative and well organized.

There is a huge problem with the Pabloo store credit app and US State Sales Tax collection. Pabloo utilizes a discount on the POS sales receipt instead of an alternate payment method when applying store credit to a sale. This discount goes against the total ticket price and lowers sales tax collection by the amount of credit applied against the ticket! This means for users not aware of how this works, you are selling taxable goods without collecting sales tax! Store credit is not a tax exempt payment method... For example if you sold a ticket at $1,000.00 in taxable goods, and they had a $500 store credit - at a 10% state tax rate - the total tax collected should be $100.00. Once Pabloo applies the $500 store credit as a discount, the calculated value of the ticket is now $500 and only charges $50 in sales tax. As the owner of the store - You are responsible for the other $50 in uncollected sales tax!!!

Currently using Pabloo: Store Credit for the cashback program. I am seeing great results with customers returning after purchase.

We are using the free plan and it has everthing we need. If we need to then we will upgrade to the Plus.

The Pabloo app is very intuitive. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Just to give a simple example, in order to set up a single cashback in Shopify, you will need to do many things in advance. Pabloo makes it a easier and quicker to work.
