This app works well and the support is good. There is some tweaking that has to be done at the beginning to get it to run how you want it to so you have to be patient and work with support, but they will help you figure it out. I'm looking forward to the automatic product tagging that is supposed to be added soon.

The app's ability to streamline our content is impressive, but I do have a couple of suggestions that could elevate it even further. Firstly, an option to switch from standard video formats to YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio) would be incredibly beneficial for content diversity. Additionally, incorporating AI-generated captions in the Pro Plan would be a fantastic upgrade, especially for businesses like ours that produce our own videos and don't need the full scope of the Ultimate Plan. Despite these wishlist items, I absolutely love this app and hope to see these enhancements soon! Also, the templates could use a refresh—more modern, sleek designs tailored for luxury products like fine jewelry would greatly align with our brand aesthetic. And if I could give a sixth star, it would go to the support team. Their genuine care for customers and prompt assistance makes a huge difference. Here's to hoping for these great updates, Outfy team!

Outfy enables me to select the pictures and arrange them well together as desired ready for posting on a schedule.

Very good. It automates what (for me) is a dreary task: creating and executing social media posts. It's a good value for the money. I'm on the $40/mo plan and if your time is valuable and or you've ever looked at hiring someone to do this work for you, it's a steal. The product is pretty intuitive and I was up and running quickly. I'm still getting the feel for but so far I like it. I had one need for support and this was handled really quickly and professionally, to my satisfaction (and, it was a problem on my end). Recommended!
