I downloaded the free trial, it looked like it had what I needed. I asked a rep if I could use this app to tag all of my products using the body HTML, they said yep and I purchased the subscription. Now I've put all of the tags in place on the app but it is not working in Shopify. I have reached out for help, not once, not twice but thrice. White noise. Finally got a generic message back telling me to do the same thing again. I am getting rid of it. Don't bother with it. Shopify flow which is for free looks like it can do the same stuff

Sometimes runs sometimes doesn't. I know apps sometimes glitch but it would help if the developers actually responded when it doesn't work. Deleted the app and went elsewhere.

This app used to be good but their support has gone down the drain. I raised an urgent issue 4 days ago as their automation stopped working. Not only it takes them ages to do anything but they even send emails saying "your issue got resolved, we are closing the ticket" without fixing anything. Very irritating. Happened already twice. I reached out 6 times meanwhile to escalate the issue, but no reaction whatsoever. Don't rely on this working for your processes and look for something else.

Writing 3-stars because the app itself is fantastic. Where I am disappointed is the support. I have reached out with two different questions and after almost 2 weeks, still have not gotten a response.

This app is excellent and saves you a lot of time on the tasks that we did manually in the past. With this app, you can create as many tagging rules as you want only once, and from then on, don't ever worry about the tags at all. It does everything automatically for you. And the customer service is at its best, they respond in less than an hour or two, and they even enhanced their app with some new rule conditions that I needed precisely for my products. Highly recommend!

I am still learning what this app can do. Having the ability to tag items automatically and to design transaction workflow, really does take a lot of the thinking out of this process for us, allowing the focus to be on other aspects of the business.

This is a really great app. It makes it much easier to manage my orders. I had some issues with the app functioning and they helped me to fix it.

Oredrsify is a very handy app to automatically tag your products (I have not used it for other purposes yet). We have a large product database and we add new product weekly. Having the app automatically tagging our products as they are added to shopify is awesome. Support was also great, received an answer to my query within minutes, well done.
