This is the best order tracking app out there, hands down. There is no other app that I have found that can provide customers with a detailed timeline that includes production time. The recent addition of an Estimated Delivery Date widget on your product pages make this so much more than just an order tracking app. The developers are quick to respond to questions, and will take users suggestions and implement them in future updates. Amazing!!

If you haven't tried this app yet, you MUST do so!! And here's why. The app now supports local pickup and delivery thanks for the amazing work by the developers' team. I had an issue with one of the local pick up order, the team deploy a fix in less than an hour and viola!! The tracking was fixed for all types of fulfillment. What's amazing? I'm using the FREE plan and they did what i requested without hesitation or asking to upgrade! I've deleted so many tracking apps and will be using this one for as long as I have a shopify store :) THANK YOU OTP!!!
