I had to modify the tax invoice and I must say customer support is excellent service, they are prompt and speedy actions. We've been suing Order Printer Pro for several years. Recently we ran into an issue with being able to print our packing slips. I contacted customer service through the chat option and got a response within minutes. The issue ended up being on the Shopify side of things, but Order Printer Pro was able to find me a workaround while the issue was being worked on and followed up once the issue was resolved. It's rare these days to get such quick and helpful service. I really appreciated it!
