Order Fulfillment Guru simplifies our process of submitting fulfillment requests to multiple suppliers. Its straightforward setup and robust features enabled a smooth integration with our existing workflow. The support team is highly responsive and provides excellent assistance.

We have been testing this app now for over half a year, but unfortunately it is not working as expected. When importing products from a foreign supplier which is having variant names in a different language the whole thing stops working because it needs to same variant names and not only SKU's. Stops working? Not only that: it creates new shopify product ID's and sets the prices to 0 There seems to be a complicated way around setting up variant names using metafields. But how to do that with hundreds of products? There are apps on the shopify app store who claim to only use the SKU as a reference point. The developer replied with:'SKUs are not reliable as many stores do not enforce unique SKUs in their store.' If this is the real reason, then that is easy to solve, because we instructed our suppliers to create unique SKU's. and again: if this is the real reason, allow users of your app to have the choice: sync by SKU only, or Sync by SKU and variant names. Make that as a clear option and a lot of irritation would have been avoided. For us the app is not really usable for suppliers who use different languages for their variant names. Just an absolute nightmare. Pity i did not know that when i started using this app.

App works great and customer service is excellent! A huge frustration with most apps I've dealt with is getting help when I need it. They (Claire) helped me resolve my error and got me up and running quickly.

We have been using OFG for a 2+ years, it's changed our business model.. Yes we have our own warehouse full of stock, but the ability to dropship a range of product seamlessly from suppliers warehouse. Well that's great for sales and cashflow!! Kevin and the support team are excellent, quick replies, exact knowledge answers, its 100% want you want!

I highly recommend this app for order routing. This app is easily configurable and sophisticated enough to support our complicated order routing rules. The app allows us to pick and choose which warehouse we want to use based on countries, states, shipping methods, order tags and etc. If we don't have all products available from one warehouse, it can split the order among multiple warehouses. Tech support is very helpful. The team has a lot of knowledge and always able to come up solutions to our unique situations. Keep up the good work.
