This is a fantastic app that provides a lot of functionality for integration with google sheets. The technical support has been fantastic and the need for it has been minimal. If you need customization and google sheet integration with your shopify store - this is a great solution! UPDATE: They changed the pricing and plan, which ruined everything I had setup. I'm preparing to uninstall this app since it's now broken and worked fine before they made these changes. UPDATE2: My orders stopped syncing to our google spreadsheet in July. Nothing had changed on our side. Data/logs claimed to be "synced successfully" but results in "no data" error message and never work again since July 2025. After spending several hours diagnosing; decided to uninstall. Very frustrating!

Support is lacking. App is "Beta" at best. Really wanted to give this app a good review, as it does have a large number of features making it adaptable to different systems. A more structured project to onboard for our 6 suppliers would have make things a lot more smoother and predictable. Interface is broken in a number of ways, some of which can easily break working integrations just by clicking in the wrong spot. Suggest once it is set up avoid the interface at all costs

Support is extremely lacking. App is "Beta" at best. Really wanted to give this app a good review, but it has been disappointing due to the lack of support provided, and a number of questions we have are being ignored. Default Order export profiles break GDPR compliance. Interface is broken in a number of ways. Support has gone from patchy to non-existent after we got 1 of 4 export profiles configured. Feels like we were duped and now we are stuck with it until we can find an alternative.

This is a really useful application, and the support team is great in finding solution to any issue!

Used to work really well. Now you can't install it, have to enter your store name each time and then it doesn't download any reports. So frustrating since it used to work really really well.

Rely on the app for your business and when a bug occurs there will be no one to help you. They read messages, no one responds. Horrible

Literally does everything we need it to. We've had issues with exporting orders via the standard Shopify method for months and finally decided to take a look at a plugin. This one is not only easy to use, but the support team have gone out of their way to amend the plugin to suit our needs. Would highly recommend it

Takes a while to set everything up the way you want it. But works well once it's set up. The support team is responsive.

It is a great product, simple and efficient that does exactly what you expect it to do, without unnecessary complications ... and I'm using just the free plan. Quick, knowledgeable and collaborative support, they every time help me with my requests of customization. Happy to use Exportable!

It's really good in customisation of the file format and it allows multiple filters to only export data that is required.
