Absolutely fantastic app and outstanding customer service. Although the app may seem to have relatively basic customisation, you can ask Matt almost anything and he's very quick to respond and code in your requests for you. He's also said a lot of the features he's been able to customise for me will be introduced to the app shortly, making the process even simpler! Hands down the greatest feature for me is the ability to set different timers for different countries. There are a lot of apps out there that don't have this feature, which is a nightmare if you ship worldwide. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

App is solid and has been a great addition to our store for a long time. Had a customization change I was needing help with and Mat was extremely fast and thorough with his response. Several times Mat has gotten me fixed up before I had time to respond. Thanks for the great app and support!

Excellent app. Been using for a while and we saw an improvement in conversion from it. I found it very easy to implement and it's really easy to set up your shipping details and the app does the rest. I particularly like how easy it is to mark holiday days so that we don't promise dispatch on days where we aren't working.

Easy to set up with many customizations ready to use and user friendly. Up and running in a few minutes and lets you control almost every aspect of the data that displays. That being said, there are three things to improve (little ones IMO): 1-Spanish Localization its not automatic in texts (but you can make it in 2 minutes manually) 2-Maybe some more documentation about custom styling would be awsome so you can match your stores identity without reaching customer support. 3-Maybe a little box to show the result before going live, although you can activate/deactivate in one click. An essential app for our business and probably yours too. To reduce our customer service requests with questions about the shipping, we wanted to let our customers know in advance when to expect their order, and with pre-order date function and out of stock message this is a must-have an app on your Shopify store. The high optimisation, like override functionalities and other overrides in the app, is worth the monthly subscription monie. The Support is excellent, we made some support requests, and the response was great. Five stars.

Finally found the solution I need to show the estimated delivery date for my furniture website. Our furniture ships within different time frames and it was important to accurately communicate this to our customers. The support from Mat is superb. He does his best to customize it for your needs as he did for us. I definitely recommend this app.
