The reward system, the upsell, the design of the basket which is brilliant, really the most beautiful design I've seen yet. And what can I say about the customer support system? A free app wouldn't offer any decent support, but Lulla from the support team answered all my questions and helped me resolve them step by step. Her response time is always less than 2 minutes whenever I have a question, which exceeds my expectations. I'll choose them in the future for any comparable apps. The support alone makes it a no-brainer.
