Been using a paid app for a long time so I thought I'd see what else was around. Opus offers far more features and is completely free. I contacted support for some specific help and despite being 'after hours' Lulla replied to me within minutes and answered every question I had. I will update this review if my opinion changes but as of now, I'm very impressed.

Incredible app and support team, sometimes you dont even get this kind of assisstance in paid applications! Katie from the support team has helped me with adding custom CSS that I needed and even went further by finding some more modifications that could have been done specifially to my store. This is by far the best cart upsell plugin we've used. After using another cart-upsell plugin (MC), we had no support and the cart was giving away way too much for free. Allowing our customers to get free gifts, plus use coupons and we got told there was no way to fix it. We paid around $20 AUD per month for the plugin, but we decided to give Opus a go and WOW, it's free and the support from Vivian has been nothing short of amazing. Vivian has been so attentive and follows up to see how we went with implementing some work-around ideas she had so we can make Opus work for the gifting system we have. Nothing was too difficult and instead of saying "our app won't do that" she found alternative solutions for us. Our cart upsell now works perfectly and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you Vivian for your help - you're an asset to Opus :) and thanks to Opus for creating a great, user-friendly app
