We love Onollo when it works. But it hasn't worked for over 2 weeks -- and we are not able to reach them via their support. VERY FRUSTRATING. We would definitely recommend verifying that it is working before you make the decision to go with this product.

The app stopped working on February 9th, 2025. Nothing has been posted since then—just a bunch of error codes. I contacted chat support every day and emailed them, but they remain unresponsive. No reply, nothing fixed. Again, as usual, they just ghosted me. Paid for a yearly plan...and that's what I got.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using this auto-scheduling app. The calendar interface is frustrating, as it displays question marks for all days, making it impossible to see which products are scheduled to post. After several attempts to reach out to customer support for assistance, I've received no response and no fix for the issues I'm facing. I've paid for an annual subscription, yet I haven't been able to use the app for over two months. This has rendered the app completely unusable for me. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.
