We recently began an affiliates program using Omnistar as our platform. The console is very in-depth and comprehensive. Support is great including a one-on-one phone session and fast f/up email with everything covered. We've been left wanting a lot more with some apps mainly due to their lack of support. This one gets 5 stars due to their excellent support.

Arlen rocks and was super helpful with on-boarding - it's a great app for our needs and the support team are great if we have any questions. With that said, it's very straightforward to use.

Setting this app was fast and easy, instructions were very straight forward and easy to follow. I set up a phone call to help me understand how to import affiliates from a different system and the help I received was excellent!

I got the Omnistar Affiliate Software App to setup an affiliate program for my site for the first time. I was really impressed by how easy it was to setup and configure. I already have some potential affiliates lined up that can't wait to get started sending sales to me and earning a commission.

I HIGHLY recommend Omnistar! We have evaluated quite a few affiliate software platforms on the market, and this is BY FAR the best I have seen. And not just in Shopify, I'm talking ANYWHERE on the internet. To top it all off, the Omnistar team provides excellent customer service. Arlen is a ROCKSTAR! The timely response received through the ticketing system has been insane, and let's you know that they value their clients. If you know your way around the internet you know how important a high quality system like this is, if you want to grow and not fade away into the endless see of online businesses. Also, you need a platform you can rely on as your affiliate base and sales grow. You can't have a platform crashing on you or losing data, etc. You can reliably develop a serious affiliate workforce with Omnistar and grow your business by leaps and bounds...easily. My final take: this platform is intuitive. The backoffice is smartly laid out...nothing confusing there. And the customer facing interface is beautiful. You will also have access to an extensive resource database to learn from. If you're like me and enjoy being able to find your own answers to things, you will appreciate this. Omnistar is high-end software folks, and we've just about tried them all. And the cost is both well worth it and affordable. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of evaluating affiliate platforms from the other various vendors in Shopify. This is the platform you need, hands-down!

Had the pleasure of talking to Arlen when I scheduled a call for support with the app. Arlen is amazing, not only did he help out with the issues we experienced, he even gave that little extra, suggestions, and even showed examples and demos. Great app, great value, it was easy to install, and many many features. The support staff was fantastic! Arlen was great...I was able to talk with him on the phone and he went through my enti site with me, answered all my questions and helped me fine tune everything. excellent customer service
