いつも丁寧にサポートして頂いており大変助かっております。サポートが即日対応してもらえることがほとんどなので、初心者でも安心でした。 スマレジとショッピファイ顧客情報との連携とポイント連携ができたので、店舗からの顧客情報獲得にもできたので、大変助かっています。 ただ、ポイント機能のところでもう少し機能が追加してもらえると大変うれしく思います。例えば、ポイント2倍キャンペーンなどのイベントを行いたいときに、時間予約でポイント付与率が変更できたり、顧客の階層分けなどができると嬉しく思います。 別ポイントアプリの連携での対応ができるかもしれませんが、金額が加算する方向になるので、ここがオムニハブのみで解決できると嬉しいと思っております。 引き続きどうぞよろしくお願い致します。
