We switched to Offerly after dealing with a different “make an offer” app that charged us high fees for features we never asked for, never used, and were never informed about properly. Works perfectly and does exactly what it's supposed to. I have tried out and used a half dozen "offer" apps and this is the cleanest, easiest to use, and best running one. I would highly recommend to anyone that just wants to have "offers" on their website (similar to "make offer" on eBay).
