NPS for POS lets you collect Net Promoter Score feedback after POS sale. Staff tap "Customer feedback" in the POS menu and the customer rates their experience from 0 to 10 with an optional comment. Track your overall NPS score, view trends over time, and compare performance across locations in the admin dashboard. Export responses to CSV anytime. Choose which locations collect feedback and set the customer-facing language to English, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
