We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. We needed some help with getting the DNS nameservers set up. We sent a message through the chat along with some screenshots and we were able to get it sorted out. This is very user friendly and easy to set up. I also got SUPER fast customer service. I was DMing for help at 11pm on a Sunday and got a response almost right away! I've downloaded and tried a bunch of different apps that were too difficult to set up and just didn't have the customization that this one offers.
