I find the App is to sensitive and cancelling genuine orders. Its probably costing me more in lost / cancelled orders that fraud orders. I wait to see what NF have to say about my issues.

Shocking support and they cancel for no reason useless app do not use very dissapointed stay away other apps so much better

Hands down the best fraud detection software that I've tried. They have saved me from the chargebacks that I was getting before. NoFraud is the most accurate app that I've used to date. The customer support is second to none, they are quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Without doubt the most valuable app we have installed. But beyond that is the support! Victor and his team have found custom solutions for us for three major issues we faced that are not directly related to fraud. For example blocking PO's boxes and more. They have earned out custom for years to come. End of story.

I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. Finally, if you do a chargeback on an order they approve, they fight it for you and cover it! This app genuinely saves you time and money. Must have!

I've been using NoFraud for several years now. No Fraud support is quick, attentive and when it flags an order that we know shouldnt be, its updated within 24hrs through their manual verification process. Highly recommend working with them, as its saved our company 10s of thousands in fraud.

This app is highly unreliable for tracking fraudulent orders. It often approves fraudulent orders and its screening process lacks coherence. We've encountered numerous chargebacks from orders greenlit by them. Their lack of accountability is concerning—they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It's puzzling how a company named "No Fraud" struggles to properly screen fraudulent orders.
